Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 June 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the edgentia.com website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. They cover the marketing website only — use of the edgentia product is governed by a separate licence agreement.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated means to scrape or overload it.

2. Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by edgentia or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce or redistribute its content without permission, except as allowed by law. See the Legal Notice.

3. Forms and submissions

When you submit a demo or licence request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle submitted data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, the live demo, documentation, or external services). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

5. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Product capabilities described on the Site are for information only and do not form part of any contract.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, edgentia shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lyon, France, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
